  • ARE ALL PRODUCTS HANDCRAFTED?
    Nowadays, young people have access to many resources and modern tools, allowing them to participate in a digital artisan trend. This trend enables ARTISANS to create unique, one-of-a-kind products (not mass-produced) with the artistic richness of their hands, using tools like polishers, contemporary materials like clothing tags, and plastic. They exhibit their paintings on the walls of their towns and cities, expressing their current emotions. All of them continue to work with their hands and artistic minds, sharing stories and present-day realities. This store currently aims to feature female artisans, but in the future, it may expand to include all ARTESANOS (artisans) if there is interest.
  • WILL IT ONLY ACCEPT COLOMBIAN ARTISANS?
    For now, yes. However, there are plans to open windows for Hispanic and American ARTESANAS (female artisans) so that REPRESENTARTE becomes a space for cultural exchange and connection.
  • DOES REPRESENTARTE ACCEPT RETURNS?
    Each artisan’s store has its own return policy listed on its window. Items such as earrings, hoops, and natural soaps are non-returnable due to their intimate use. However, necklaces with pendants and products from CREEP are eligible for returns under their specific return policies. NECKLACES OR PENDANTS WITH CHAINS Returns are not covered for: Normal product wear, misuse, or damage caused by improper use. Dents, scratches, or broken metal. Broken chains or bracelets due to improper handling. Loss of stones. Damage caused by contact with perfumes, chemicals, saltwater, acidic products, or makeup. Incorrect shipping address provided at the time of order. Returns are covered for: Items that arrived damaged. Orders that arrived beyond the estimated delivery date. Orders that did not arrive at the REGISTERED address. Returns are accepted if your request aligns with the artisan brand policies listed in each artisan brand window within this store.
  • WILL REPRESENTARTE ONLY OFFER ITS PRODUCTS IN THE CAROLINAS, USA?
    The store is just launching its page and will currently focus on this area to ensure timely service. However, there are plans to expand to other locations in the near future.
