Return Policies for Almarina

For hygiene reasons, earrings and candongas are personal use items and therefore cannot be returned.

Note: It is important to keep in mind that they are not suitable for all parts of the body:

Usage: Earrings for ears are not suitable for other parts of the body because the back is not smooth enough and may damage the skin.

Jewelry made with fabric or stones may experience wear on the setting. This is not a defect of the product and is not covered by the warranty.

With normal use, if they experience a bump or rub, it is possible for the stones to become loose.

The fabric of a bracelet or chain may eventually show slight wear from its original state, which is not considered a manufacturing defect.

CHOKERS OR PENDANTS WITH CHAINS

Returns are not covered for:

• Natural wear of the product, nor wear due to misuse, nor damage caused by misuse.

• Dents, scratches, or breakage of the metal.

• Breakage of chains or bracelets due to misuse.

• Loss of stones.

• Damage from contact with perfumes, chemicals, saltwater, acidic products, or makeup.

• If you provided an incorrect address when placing your order.

Returns are covered for:

• If your item arrived damaged.

• If your order arrives outside the estimated date.

• If it did not arrive at the address given when placing the order.
